The term "rainbow baby" refers to a baby born after the loss of a previous pregnancy, symbolizing hope and healing after the storm. In my close-knit group of friends, four of us have experienced some form of pregnancy loss. The reality is that one in four pregnancies end in miscarriage, and while this painful truth is all too real, it doesn't make our stories any less heartbreaking.

Rainbow Baby Boutique is named in honor of my own journey as a rainbow baby and the privilege of becoming a mother to my own rainbow baby. It is also inspired by the stories of my dear friends who have faced similar losses. This name carries a deep, personal meaning—one that reflects God’s promises and the hope that follows after grief. It is a tribute to the beauty of His faithfulness, drawn from the verse Genesis 9:13: “I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.” Just as God’s rainbow represents His love and the strength found in His promises, Rainbow Baby Boutique embodies the hope, resilience, and beauty that come from life’s challenges—and the blessings that follow.
